Sunflower Spread Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups dry sunflower seeds (soaked) = 2 ¼ cups soaked sunflower seeds
  • 1 ½ cups dry walnuts (soaked) = 1 ¾ cups + 2 tablespoons soaked walnuts
  • 1 cup soaked dates
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Put seeds, nuts, and dates through a Champion juicer using a blank screen. You can also do this in a food processor if you don’t have a Champion juicer.
  2. Add cinnamon and sea salt to the finished product.
