Stretch Your Way to Relaxation

Tired of the same old post-workout stretch? Shake things up with these stretches instead. They are sure to relax your body and even help you sleep better at night. 


Stretching is important because it will help you release some built up tension and more importantly, relieve you from any future soreness from a hard workout.  Additionally, taking EnduraQ helps your muscles recover from workouts.  It is best to hold a stretch for 30 seconds.  Holding a stretch for less may not deliver any of the benefits other than an initial release.  Holding a stretch for longer than 30 seconds may damage your muscles, so it is best not to do so.
