Coconut Crust Pizza

Makes two 8-inch pizzas

Ingredients

crust:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 6 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

topping:

  • Any toppings you like
  • Marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine crust ingredients and create two 8-inch pizzas on greased baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
  3. Add marinara sauce and toppings of your choice. We used mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and shredded mozzarella.
  4. Broil for 3-4 minutes.
